(1) The meeting of the Council shall be held at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the council will be called by the member-secretary of the council under the direction of the chairman of the council (3) The member-secretary of the council shall provide the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting along with the notification of the meeting of the council to the members of the council seven days in advance.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the council will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in his absence, the member chosen by the members of the Council shall preside over the meeting.
(6) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the Council shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the council shall be verified by the member-secretary of the council (8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as determined by the Council itself.
